We don’t believe in quick fixes or easy wins. What we believe in is showing up, staying consistent, and getting stronger through the process. Not just in the gym, but in the way you carry yourself, hold your boundaries, and move through your life.

This is a space for people who take ownership.

I’m Brooke. 

Coach, athlete, fighter.

I train for the structure. 

I coach because I know that people need people to help figure things out. 

I don’t hand out motivation—I help you build it through discipline, movement, and showing up for yourself when it’s the last thing you feel like doing.

The work is physical, but the shift is mental.

When you train with me, we keep it simple: no shortcuts, no gimmicks, no pretending it’s easy. You’ll earn your progress. You’ll learn to trust yourself. And you’ll leave every session knowing you gave more than you thought you had.

This space is for people who are ready to get uncomfortable.
